The author of the Bill (Reg. No4070), Yurii Prokopchuk, suggested strengthening of the administrative liability for violation of the city planning and organization of public services rules. In particular, it suggests that the new revision of the paragraph second of the clause 152.
Yu. Prokopchuk deems the present penalty rates insufficient for the abidance of the city planning and organization of public services rules.
The Committee members upheld the Bill as its adoption induces the subjects of the market participants to implement city planning and organization of public services rules on the necessary level.
